A Great Opportunity for ...
Role Overview
The Product Manager is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for shaping and delivering AI-assisted digital products across DLMM. The role translates business requirements into practical product concepts, themes, user journeys, prototypes, and delivery backlogs. The Product Manager works closely with UI/UX designers, business stakeholders, architects, developers, AI/Data engineers, and vendors to move ideas quickly from discovery to showcase, proof-of-concept, pilot, and hand-off. The role also owns the AI Delivery Playbook so AI-assisted product delivery becomes a repeatable capability across DLMM.
Business Requirements & Product Framing
· Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and other business functions to understand business needs, user pain points, product goals, and expected outcomes.
· Translate business requirements into product concepts, personas, user journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs.
· Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, risk, compliance requirements, and time-to-value.
· Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement clarification sessions, product walkthroughs, and feedback reviews with business and technology stakeholders.
AI-Assisted Product Design & Rapid Delivery
· Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, v0, Napkin, n8n, and Microsoft Power Platform to accelerate ideation, research, documentation, wireframes, mockups, prototype logic, demo scripts, and product showcase materials.
· Create rapid prototypes, MVP concepts, AI-assisted product demos, and proof-of-concept outputs to validate product direction before full engineering investment.
· Prepare clear product showcases for management, business owners, internal users, and customer-facing stakeholders using polished narratives, visuals, screen flows, and demo scenarios.
· Continuously evaluate how AI tools can reduce product cycle time while maintaining quality, governance, and business relevance.
UI/UX Collaboration & Design Theme Ownership
· Work closely with UI/UX designers to define product design themes, interaction patterns, style direction, tone of voice, layout priorities, and design consistency for each product.
· Ensure products align with DLMM branding, usability principles, accessibility expectations, and agreed design system or visual theme.
· Review wireframes, prototypes, screen flows, and user experience concepts to ensure they reflect business intent and user needs. · Champion user-centric design for both internal staff experiences and external customer journeys. AI Delivery Pipeline, R&D and POC Ownership
· Own the end-to-end AI product delivery pipeline covering discovery, use-case selection, concept design, POC, prototype, evaluation, showcase, pilot, production hand-off, and post-launch improvement.
· Lead AI R&D and POC activities to assess emerging AI tools, models, automation platforms, and product opportunities relevant to DLMM business needs.
· Coordinate with architects, developers, AI/Data engineers, security, governance teams, and vendors to transition validated prototypes into production-ready delivery plans.
· Track product delivery indicators such as cycle time, stakeholder adoption, POC-to-pilot movement, product value, usability feedback, and delivery readiness.
AI Delivery Playbook, Governance & Change Enablement
· Build and maintain a reusable AI Delivery Playbook covering product intake, prompt patterns, ideation templates, prototype standards, review gates, demo preparation, human-in-the-loop checks, and hand-off templates.
· Create reusable prompt libraries, product one-page templates, wireframe patterns, product showcase scripts, and lessons learned to speed up future product cycles.
· Apply responsible AI practices, data protection principles, information security expectations, output verification, and human review when using AI tools.
· Communicate product direction, progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly in English and Myanmar (Burmese), and support business adoption through demos, workshops, and change communication.
