A dynamic and experienced Card Product Manager will be responsible to support the Head of Card Product to manage the entire product life cycle of KBZ Bank card products from strategic planning to tactical activities. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the successful development, launch, and management of our card products, process & feature. The Card Product Manager will report to the Card Product Owner, manage day-to-day issues and concerns raised by Operations and Branches, lead UAT and Production testing on behalf of the card business team, and perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Card Product.

Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define Roadmaps: Translate high-level strategic plans into detailed product requirements, features, and release roadmaps.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Product Lifecycle & Operations

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Oversee products from initial ideation through launch, continuous optimization, and eventual end-of-life.
• Daily Support: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, process issuing, and branch inquiries.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and IT teams to refine processes and optimize customer experience.

Testing, Technical & Compliance

• UAT & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release Production testing on behalf of the Card Business team.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues, process gaps, and operational errors.
• Compliance & Data: Conduct regular product performance reviews to make data-driven decisions while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of Card Product.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of debit, credit, and prepaid card products.
• Excellent project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office like word, excel, PowerPoint.
• Proven work experience in product/project management (5+ years of experience in a related area).
