  • Support the sales team with product-related information and documentation.

  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, reports, and product data.

  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Follow up on orders, shipments, and delivery updates.

  • Maintain proper records of sales documents and product information.

  • Assist in translation or communication between Chinese-speaking partners and the internal team when necessary.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
