  1. All projects of construction of new sub-banks and renovation of existing ones. Responsible management of timelines and budgets from start to finish.
  2.  Coordination with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  3. Expert evaluation of quotations/tender submitted for construction and repair projects and making accurate cost estimates.
  4. Completion of the work according to the stage of completion. Inspection of contractors' payment claims and confirmation of payment only if they are correct.
  5. Continuous inspection of construction processes and materials used to ensure that they meet the standards set by the Bank.
  6. Supervision of solutions and repairs if quality problems arise.

Job Experience

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of construction project management, cost estimation and quality assurance.
  2. Understanding and application of the fundamentals of project management.
  3. Relevant Must be proficient in using design programs (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office.
  4. Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Must be able to visit sites where branches are being built/prepared.
