Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise electrical and ACMV/MEP engineering works for construction and development projects.
2. Review electrical, ACMV and MEP drawings, specifications, calculations and technical submissions.
3. Coordinate electrical systems with ACMV, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ELV and other MEP systems.
4. Supervise installation of electrical distribution systems, LV systems, lighting, power, generators, transformers and related equipment.
5. Oversee ACMV systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, cooling towers, ventilation fans and ductwork.
6. Review ACMV design, cooling-load calculations, equipment selection and system layouts.
7. Coordinate closely with civil, architectural and structural teams to resolve MEP clashes and site issues.
8. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and as-built drawings.
9. Monitor installation quality, project progress and compliance with approved designs.
10. Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical and ACMV systems.
11. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
12. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
13. Manage and coordinate MEP contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
14. Prepare technical reports, progress reports and commissioning/handover documentation.
15. Provide technical leadership to engineers, supervisors and site teams.

Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) qualification/license is preferred/required according to project requirements.
3. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction, MEP or engineering projects.
4. Strong background in ACMV/HVAC systems is highly preferred.
5. Candidates with both Electrical + ACMV/MEP experience will have a strong advantage.
6. Good knowledge of electrical distribution, power, lighting, ELV and building services.
7. Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC equipment, ventilation and mechanical services.
8. Experience with chiller, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, cooling tower and ventilation systems is an advantage.
9. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
10. Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, testing & commissioning and site supervision.
11. Good understanding of applicable electrical, mechanical and building codes.
12. Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
13. Good English communication skills.
14. Willing to work at project sites when required.
