Responsibilities
Progress Tracking: Monitor schedules, heavy machinery allocation, material delivery, site labor productivity
Technical Management: approve engineering drawing, structural designs and construction methods
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site engineers, project managers and technical staff
Quality and Compliance: Ensure all activities follow local safety laws and construction codes
QA and QC Management: Enforce strict data validation
Budget and Resource Control: Monitor material costs, labor allocations, project timelines, contractor payment and equipment procurement
Risk Management: Solve complex site issues and resolve design conflicts
Specialist Coordination: Work with geotechnical, hydraulic, environmental and utility relocation experts to resolve site challenges
