Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures that align with business and technical requirements.
• Define and review technical architecture, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through software development, code reviews, infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting when required.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive Agile project management practices, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Improve engineering processes, development standards, and delivery practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid experience in system design and software architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services and best practices.
• Hands-on technical experience in software development, coding, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   

  Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud security, and application monitoring tools.
