Oversee and coordinate all project enhancements and team initiatives.

Collaborate with managers and other senior leaders to track and report project progress.

Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure accountability within the team.

Mentor and coach team members to build skills and drive performance.

Resolve team conflicts and promote a positive, collaborative working culture.

Identify team strengths and improvement areas to optimize effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues promptly.

Assign tasks to Lead Developers in alignment with project goals.

Develop project scope and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

Maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

Provide critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving leadership.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including technical leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Design & Analysis.

Hands-on experience in J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, AOP.

Proficient in version control systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN.

Experience with JMS platforms: Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ.

Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proficient in HTML, CSS/CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Vue.js.

Skilled in RDBMS technologies: Oracle, PL/SQL, MSSQL.

Experience with WebLogic Server, JBoss Server, Apache Tomcat.

Working knowledge of Linux and general IT platforms and infrastructure.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Proficient in MS Project and MS Office tools.
