4. Quality Control & Performance Monitoring

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and government authorities.

Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
•    Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
•    Strong technical expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
•    Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
