Job Summary:

The PSO to the Managing Director serves as the right hand to the MD, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

    • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    • Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings and events with briefings and relevant materials.

  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

    • Facilitate communication and follow-ups on the MD’s directives and decisions.

  • Strategic Assistance:

    • Support the MD in strategic planning and tracking progress on key initiatives.

    • Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefing notes as needed.

    • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD and record minutes or action points.

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Liaise with department heads to ensure timely flow of information and execution of directives.

    • Track deadlines, deliverables, and reports for the MD’s review.

    • Support special projects, events, and executive-level initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business communication tools.
