Source and evaluate suppliers through RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that optimise cost and quality
Manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews and issue resolution
Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses and spend reporting
Ensure all purchasing activity complies with company policies and relevant regulations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications
Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing schedules to meet demand
Process and track purchase orders, resolving discrepancies promptly
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Maintain accurate records in the procurement system (ERP / e-procurement platform)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
