  • Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for PP Bags.
  • Manage ISO 9001:2015 and lead it's implementation process.
  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
  • Analyze production data to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions for recurring quality defects.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality audits.
  • Train and guide quality assurance staff on quality control methods and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the quality team.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction regarding product standards.
  • Prepare and Presentation for monthly and weekly report

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

  • Advanced expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, supervise, and develop QC/QA team members effectively.
