An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and HACCP system
  • Review and update HACCP plan and Quality Plan following changes in raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, processes, products, or regulations
  • Establish and strengthen the site's Food Safety culture through training, communication, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GHP, HACCP and other applicable standards and certifications
  • Manage internal, external, and certification audits, ensuring audit findings and non-conformities are closed on time and verified for effectiveness
  • Oversee quality control activities and Laboratory testing for incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and packaging materials.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams at the manufacturing and supply chain site to identify process risks and implement preventive controls
  • Support new product launches, process changes, equipment modifications, and technology transfers from a quality and food safety perspective
  • Lead investigation of customer complaints, product quality issues, and food safety incidents and ensure effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and effectiveness verification
  • Lead quality and food safety assessment for Management of Change (MoC) activities
  • Review lab analysis results and process control parameters to ensure finished goods are released in compliance with quality and food safety standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams
  • Drive a preventive and risk-based quality culture rather than a reactive quality approach
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration and a proactive Food Safety and Quality mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety or Quality Assurance within the food and beverage manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience leading HACCP/Food Safety Management Systems, HALAL certification and regulatory process
  • Experience in beverage manufacturing, preferably with canned and bottled production lines
  • Experience managing audits, customer complaints, supplier quality, CAPA, and food safety incidents
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate in English, with strong professional reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
