  • Execute the sales plan by promoting and selling lending products to corporate and enterprise clients to enhance the bank’s market share and achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify target markets and develop new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio, pursue growth opportunities, and expand existing business relationships.
  • Source new clients while maintaining and strengthening existing banking relationships.
  • Acquire new customers to expand the loan portfolio.
  • Facilitate the customer pre-application and loan application processes.
  • Conduct customer and business site visits, interviews, and preliminary credit assessments to ensure and maintain high-quality loan standards.
  • Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities for non-credit banking products.
  • Deliver a distinctive customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the loan application process.
  • Manage and develop the government sector portfolio as part of the assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking.
  • Strong knowledge of the banking industry and credit sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in lending products or corporate banking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
