  1. To process Thailand-to-Myanmar remittance transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. To receive and verify customers’ remittance requests and ensure all required documents are complete. Remittance Operation Manager
  3. To monitor and calculate Thai–Myanmar exchange rates on a daily basis and clearly explain them to customers.
  4. To coordinate and liaise with local and foreign banks, remittance partners, and agents.
  5. To properly record and maintain remittance transaction data in an organized manner.
  6. To effectively handle and resolve customer complaints.
  7. To prepare and submit daily and monthly remittance reports.
  8. To communicate and coordinate with Thailand-based agents to ensure smooth operations.
  9. To stay updated on and comply with new regulations and laws related to remittance services.

  1. Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a relevant university.
  2. Must have at least 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 4 years at Manager level and experience in financial business will be given priority.
  3. Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  4. Must be able to calculate foreign exchange rates.
  5. Must have prior working experience with financial-related agents.
  6. Must have hands-on experience in coordinating and working closely with local and foreign banks.
  7. Must have knowledge of the remittance business.
