An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Establish trustworthy and long-lasting relationships with all the customers
  • Assist and collaborate with sales operation team to achieve targeted volume
  • Request prices approval from management and conduct the entire process
  • Find the new customers and promote sale volume monthly
  • Check the daily warehouse reports and stock availability with warehouse team
  • Deal the Contract with customers regularly for the sustainable sale volume
  • Follow up to operation team and finance team for the invoices and sent to customers timely
  • Request customer’s signed in Sale Contract and keep the file for reference
  • Check the customer payment with customers and finance for the correct invoice number and amount
  • Collect customer order and follow up their unloading capacity to avoid overnight charges
  • Set up daily delivery plan as per customer’s requirements and credit limit status aligned with the stock balance
  • Follow up and check the logistics cost especially overnight charges together with Logistic Department
  • Follow up customer payment daily and convince to customers for the overdue amount
  • Check the customer credit amount with Sale Operations and Finance
  • Sent Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sale Report to Bus

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Open to male or female candidates who are willing to travel.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the animal feed industry.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and honesty.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills are essential.
