Job Summary
Beauty Apex is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to grow online and offline sales for our beauty products. This role combines digital campaign execution, live selling, partner management, and market development in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute Facebook and TikTok campaigns, including content calendars, ads, and promotions.
● Organize live selling sessions and convert inquiries into orders through timely follow-up.
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear reports on sales, engagement, and ad results.
● Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and offline shop partners.
● Follow up on partner orders, reorders, and payment collection with the finance team.
● Support trade promotions, partner product training, and regular market visits.
● Gather market and competitor insights and share actionable feedback with management.

● 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer products.
● Proven experience running Facebook and TikTok marketing and handling online customer inquiries.
● Experience in dealer, agent, or wholesale channel management is a strong advantage.
● Good command of written Burmese for content and captions; basic English proficiency.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare simple sales reports.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Willing to travel for market visits and partner meetings when required.
