• Handle objections and guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions

2. Online Sales & Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other platforms
• Share product details, images, videos, and pricing accurately
• Guide customers through the online purchase process
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain prompt, polite, and professional communication at all times

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Develop strong knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, gold, and jewellery designs
• Stay updated on new arrivals, collections, and promotions
• Assist in displaying and arranging jewellery attractively in-store and online listings
• Ensure product information shared is accurate and consistent

4. Sales Targets & Performance

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Actively promote high-value items and new collections
• Contribute to overall store revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling

5. Inventory & Store Support

• Assist in stock checking and basic inventory management
• Ensure jewellery items are handled with care and security procedures are followed
• Support store cleanliness, display arrangement, and visual merchandising

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
• Maintain customer records and follow-up lists
• Encourage referrals and repeat purchases through excellent service
