Support customers' inquiry on parts information such as parts availability, pricing, arrival and
delivery status responsively.

Prepare parts release order against customer order number and parts invoice and send
it warehouse via e-mail to deliver the parts for customer -
Following up and keep in touch with customers through telemarketing.

 Assist internal departments with parts requests, returns, and inquiries
