An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and manage sales staff (cashiers & retail floor team).
  • Conduct pre‑opening and closing stock checks; monitor inbound/outbound inventory.
  • Encode delivered/ordered merchandise and process stock records.
  • Respond to customer requests, suggestions, and complaints.
  • Liaise with the Brand Manager on sales performance, staffing, and other key matters.
  • Create and manage staff schedules and rotas.
  • Assist sales staff in meeting sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Drive sales and profit via KPI and target attainment.
  • Handle daily operations (sales, inventory, HR, compliance) in absence of Store Manager.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members; promote continuous learning.
  • Apply advanced product knowledge and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, and in-store communication
  • Process merchandise deliveries and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure loss prevention, safety, and high customer service standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a mall/shop context, ideally at a management capacity.

  • Strong communication skills and a solid professional demeanor.
