We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Audio-Video (AV) business. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for AV products and solutions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across enterprise, education, government, and commercial sectors

  • Manage partners, distributors, and system integrators

  • Engage customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored AV solutions

  • Lead the full sales cycle (pipeline, negotiation, closing, after-sales)

  • Handle tenders, proposals, and project coordination

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Train, mentor, and manage the sales team
