  • Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of sales-focused operational schedules and ensure alignment with company targets.
  • Review and compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational reports and present insights to Management.
  • Lead the General Trade Supervisors and Sales Teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational discipline, and performance standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Visit market areas regularly to observe operations, coach team members, and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate daily delivery plans, route rosters, and resource allocation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Communicate effectively with both potential and existing trade partners/outlets, maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

  • Any degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or field team management.
  • Proven experience in managing field sales teams and supervising regional operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales operations team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel regularly for market visits.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
