Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Ensure timely follow-up for policy renewals, premium collection, endorsements, and other client requirements.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Survey, Claims, Finance, Policy Administration, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth policy processing.
Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, target achievement, and business performance reports.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, underwriting guidelines, internal controls, and applicable insurance regulations.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business discussions to understand customers' insurance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in General Insurance, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
Good knowledge of General Insurance products, particularly Commercial/Corporate Lines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
