  • Manage onboarding for new sales hires 
  • Measure training effectiveness and ROI linked to sales performance 
  • Support sales team's people development

  • Highly data_driven and results_oriented , with the ability to partner closely with sales leadership 
  • Working-level proficiency in English 
  • Valid driving license with flexibility to travel as required
