-Facilitate classroom , hybrid training and in-field coaching ( route rides )
-Manage onboarding for new sales hires
-Measure training effectiveness and ROI linked to sales performance
-Support sales team's people development

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Bachelor's Degree required; sales or training certifications are an advantage
-Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience with a strong blend of sales & training exposure
-Proven expertise in sales execution , field coaching and training program design
-Highly data_driven and results_oriented , with the ability to partner closely with sales leadership
-Working-level proficiency in English
-Valid driving license with flexibility to travel as required
