Academic management

  • Do the online Logiscool training and attend any extra training required by the
    Academic Manager (AM).
  • Prepare and plan the annual calendar, including classes, teachers, extra activities,
    terms, exams periods, and reports periods.
  • Ensure the method is applied by conducting Internal and scheduling external audits.
     
  • Schedule and carry out the annual parentteacher meetings or any other meetings
    required by the families or the School Manager (SM).
  • Review, correct the term reports following the Logiscool standards and ensure they
    are sent to the families.
  • Carry out and supervise the students’ exams at the end of stories.
  • Prepare and carry out other Logiscool services (FW, S&F, etc.)
  • Monthly contact each parent to update them about their kid’s learning, motivation,
    and behavior progress.
  • Manage the monthly extra activity budget, and supervise purchasing of these
    materials following the procedures required by finance.
  • Inform the AM about the purchasing of Logiscool core materials if needed.
  • Regularly check and maintain the core Logiscool materials and the teachers’ tools.

 

  • Teacher management
  • Master the Logiscool Method to assist and support your teachers in teaching to
    ensure teachers follow the Logiscool Method and standards.
  • Ensure the teachers are well trained with the method by giving them the Followup of the Logiscool online training and any extra training if necessary
  • Review and check the followups written by your teachers in My Classroom to
    regularly identify problems regarding Audio tracks, attendance, and oral tests.
    Prepare and coordinate with the School Manager for the Monthly and Quarterly
    teacher meetings.
  • Ensure that Teachers know their students well, maintain a close relationship, guide them on good study habits, and keep them highly engaged so all students achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Teachers to follow up on students’ class feedback and ensure that students’ weaknesses are being improved on
  • Assess the students’ progress and report to the SM and the AM.
  • Support monitoring the teachers’ performance and compliance with the
    organization’s performance management policies.

 

  • Teaching
  • Teach classes according to the Logiscool Method to keep connected with the method and the kids.
  • Be responsible for the learning success of your cohort of students, and ensure they reach their language learning goals by following the Logiscool Method
  • Do the demos and substitutions as required.

 

  • Students and parents' engagement
  • Practice communication skills with the families by doing role plays with the AM and SM
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship and high level of trust with your students and parents by communicating and interacting actively with them to record feedbackor problems related to their kids in the CRM system, taking care of the kids during a consultation if available, and assisting with the management of the student pickups and drop-offs.
  • Ensure your students are happy with their classes and learning environment, and
    ensure parents are satisfied with their kids’ learning progress by soliciting and acting on feedback.
  • Escalate any issue with parents or students to the SM as required to have the problem treated, and the parents/students’ concern mitigated.

 

 

  • Collaboration in the school
  • Ensure good collaboration between Academics and Sales by supporting each other and attending all meetings as required.
  • Support the school decorations in some seasonal events.
  • Welcome prospects to the school when the Sales Team is busy or absent.
  •  
  • Give the students’ materials to the corresponding teacher when the delivery is
    needed.
  • Complete the enrollment process by sending the credentials of the apps and the
    material email.
  • Inform the SM and the AM about any situation requiring managerial attention or
    potentially impacting the customers’ experience of the students or the parents.

  • For Logiscool - Education: Bachelor's degree in IT educational or technical background. / For Kids&Us - Any gruduated .
  • Languages: Strong communication, presentation and research skills.

  • Passion for education and working with children
