Support personal purchases, expense tracking, and logistics
Liaise with external contacts for appointments, bookings, or personal services
Assist with personal maintenance or renovation coordination when needed
Assist in basic household or personal-related logistics, if needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple personal tasks
Trustworthy, responsible, and capable of handling confidential matters
