Manage and coordinate the Board of Directors’ (BOD) meeting schedules, including calendar planning, meeting invitations, and reminders.
Attend BOD and executive meetings, accurately record meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and distribute finalized minutes in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and confidential records of meeting minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel related to BOD meetings, conferences, and official engagements (flights, accommodation, transportation).
Handle administrative coordination related to governance activities as assigned by senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet-based tools.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask across personal priorities.
Trustworthy and responsible, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
