Maintains and makes routine repairs to electrically powered equipment and appliances according to instruction from senior technicians, supervisor and/or equipment service manuals
: On a daily basis, regular machine check by check list and receives assigned work order to complete on equipment.
: Upon completion of work, enters appropriate information onto worksheet for submission and tracking.
: Performs scheduled PMs and visually inspect and test assigned machines and equipment for proper functionality.
: Perform repairs on production machines and/or equipment when a malfunction has been detected. May discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem and repair the machine.
: Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment
: Perform machine installations/moves and building maintenance tasks as needed.
: Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment
: Ensures that a high level of safety is adhered to at all times on and off the production
floor
: Follow Plant specified job specification and task list
: Wear all required PPE properly
: Conduct him/herself in a safe manner
: Keep the area around work station clean and free from dirt and debris
: Clean assigned areas of the building or pieces of equipment as instructed by
Supervisor.
