Data Entry for HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and training and development.
Setup & plan admin process for documentation & filing
Ensure HR process follows labor law
Take lead in import license application when required
Record and process company license renewal.
An other adhoc duties assigned by Director.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
5 years experience in Admin & HR Position
Ability to travel to site for short trip when required
Strong understanding of labor law, income tax and SSB
understanding of Globalwave software will be preferred
Certificates in human resource is preferred
Experience in google office is preferred
Experience in import license application is preferred
