Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and trusted Senior Manager – Operations to act as a key support to the Managing Director (MD) in overseeing and driving the Company’s overall logistics and supply chain operations.

This role is not only operational but also strategic, requiring strong leadership, decision-making ability, and the capability to represent the MD in operational execution, performance monitoring, and cross-department coordination. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the MD in achieving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key operational support to the Managing Director in managing overall business operations.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, fleet, warehousing, and distribution.
• Translate MD’s strategic direction into actionable operational plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor company-wide operational performance and report directly to MD with analysis and recommendations.
• Support MD in decision-making through data analysis, operational reports, and business insights.
• Coordinate with all departments (Sales, BD, Finance, HR, Warehouse, Fleet) to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Handle critical operational issues, escalations, and customer complaints.
• Ensure cost control, resource optimization, and service quality standards.
• Represent MD in meetings when delegated and follow up on key action items.
• Lead and develop operations team to achieve high performance and accountability.

Requirement

• Male preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations.
• At least 5 years in senior management role.
