Direct Role

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities and technical teams across Myanmar.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all business locations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by participating in key meetings with CRM Team and resolving operational concerns across Myanmar.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CRM, QA, HR, Admin, Training, Scheduling, M&E, Store and Inventory teams in operational related matters.
• Lead and oversee the execution of major operational projects across Myanmar.
• Visit all bases at least once/annum.

Overseeing role

• Oversee Operations-Office Team with respect to all matters relating to staff accommodation, personnel movement and transfers.

Experience
8–10 years or more of experience, preferably in operations-related functions, with 5–6 years of proven experience in a leadership/management role

•    The highest of ethical standards, integrity and commitment to the organisation's mission, values and policies. 
Communication & Relationship Management
•    Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
•    Proficient in spoken and written English.

•    Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking abilities. 
•    Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to details. 
•    Positive, proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative. 
Technical & Professional Competencies
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
•    Knowledge of operational management, workplace health and safety standards and relevant industry regulations is an advantage. 
Work Requirements
•    Willingness to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours and be on call when required.
•    Able and willing to travel throughout Myanmar as required.
