ROLE PURPOSE  

The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine International Remittance (Worker Remittance Team) transactions, settling for bank customers on a day-to-day basis, and CBM FEMS, MIS, and FX DIS Reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cooperate with other colleagues in Worker Remittance Team activities. 
• This role requires both technical and process know-how, knowledge of complex practices and procedures. 
• Ensure the processes are smooth and that minimum errors are transacted in the Fusion Banking Essence (FBE) System. 
• Execute transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times for all activities and service level agreements with business and other units concerned. 
•  Ensure that all transaction processing complies with regulations and the Bank’s policies, procedures, and standards, with prompt intervention to resolve/report problems/concern areas to the Operations Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Head of Department. 
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for the WR Operations Manager for effective monitoring and control. 
•  Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time by the deputy head/head of department and/or operations manager. 

• Prepare daily/month/quarterly and yearly reporting packs. 

• First or counter checking of daily, weekly, and monthly reports 

• Liaise with various departments regarding required data and reports. 

• Undertake other duties assigned from time to time by the WR Manager and Department Head. 

Knowledge & Skills  

• Worker Remittance (Money Transfer Organization) Full knowledge of International Remittance (Worker Remittance) .

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity. 
• Well-leading team members and smoothly communicate and direct reports. 

Education & Special Training

• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field, such as a bachelor’s degree and LCCI Level I & II .
• Skillful FBE program, CBM reporting, and Report Preparation . 
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .

Experience  

The candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the following tasks: 

• Check KYC and AML for every transaction 
• Do daily transactions in the system and link 
• Prepare daily reports 
• Ready to service the email, the team from customers and branches .
• Understand the accounting vouchers for transactions .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for remittance both manually and systematically. 
• Check the required documents to make IR Transactions (Inbound Remittance (WU, Ria and DeeMoney, MoneyGram and 2C2P).
• Resolve the customers’ complaints (YB Branches). 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the CBM report .
• Perform additional assignments as requested and assist in directing the report.

Languages  

• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English. 
• Fluency in spoken English and good English writing skills required.
