Job Summary
Innovix Solutions is seeking a Software Sales Manager to drive growth for our HR System in Yangon. 

Key Responsibilities
● identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, understand needs, and close opportunities with professionalism and energy.
● Manage the full sales process for own leads — including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong customer satisfaction.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.

● Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates for management review.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

● Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is preferred).
● Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably HR system.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Good command of English

● Willing to travel any area (which is safe to travel)

● Strong account management skills.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

● Analytical mindset with understanding of client business needs and market dynamics.

● Ability to work as a team as well as independently

● Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools 

● Long-term commitment to the organization
