We're Hiring – C&I Sales & Marketing Manager (Solar Projects)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven C&I Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Projects.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. 
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and key decision-makers. 
• Lead customer presentations, project proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions. 
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. 
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, and online promotions. 
• Organize exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and customer engagement activities. 
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market opportunities. 
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. 
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. 
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. 
• Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, Construction, or Industrial Solutions industries is preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and lead generation. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. 
• Experience with digital marketing, branding, and event management is an advantage. 
• Ability to develop business networks and maintain strong client relationships.
