Job Summary
Join a growing food and beverage production team in Yangon as an HR Supervisor. You will support daily HR operations, improve employee services, and help build a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage HR daily operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.

* Handle monthly payroll calcuation inclduing regional employees

* Handle Leave tracking and Employee data base

* Assist to contribute SSB payement by Monthly
● Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, and employee orientation activities.
● Handle employee relations matters and support a positive workplace environment.
● Prepare HR monhtly & Report to Head of HR

● Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in HR Supervisor role
● Good knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee administration.
● Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
● Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
