•Perform HR Manpower planning & recruitment execution hiring, job posting, screening, interviewing & selection process
•Conduct the orientation program, develop yearly training plan, and company activities/program (i.e TOA’s DNA) in comply with business requirements and TOA standards/directions
•Develop, communicate and apply HR policies, procedures and related templates compliance with TOA standards
•Develop and update company regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Codes and ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations.
•Conduct performance system and evaluation align with TOA standards & policy
•Develop the company’s compensation program, including salary administration and benefits programs.
•Perform C&B survey to ensure that compensation practices are attractive and in line with Market.
•Administer HR database and prepare payrolls, social security insurance, TAX, and others monetary items required by laws
•Support another HR Projects as required by TOA policy and standards
•General Administration
•Register and renew company’s permits, certificates and licenses include work permit and visas for expatriate.
•Prepare ldocuments i.e.hiring,
•Overlook for General office administration i.e. stationary , facilities, manage outsources (security & maid & receptionist & messenger)
•Other duties may be assigned as required.
