●          Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.

            ●          Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, material boards, and design

presentations.

            ●          Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings for client approval.

            ●          Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and decorative elements.

            ●          Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

            ●          Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and custom joinery.

            ●          Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with the project budget and timeline.

            ●          Conduct site visits to check progress, quality, and design implementation.

            ●          Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

            ●          Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

●          Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

●          Minimum 3 years experiences as an Interior Designer or similar role.

●          Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and

construction details.

●          Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, D5 render, Photoshop, or other design software.

●          Ability to create professional design presentations and realistic renderings
