An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Supervise and guide Technical Service staff and assign daily tasks.
Prepare and review Master Processing & Packaging Instructions.
Prepare and review Technology Transfer and Research Protocols/Reports.
Coordinate and participate in New Product Development and Process Validation activities.
Provide technical support during production trials and validation batches.
Manage and verify technical data entry in the Oracle System.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and other departments.
Ensure technical documents comply with GMP, SOPs, and company requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Monitor team performance and support staff development.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of GMP, New Product Development, Technology Transfer, and Validation.
Good English communication and strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
