Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets (calls, bookings, shows, and contracts)
  • Make outbound calls using the provided TMK script
  • Follow up with prospects through warm calling to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Record customer and marketing information accurately in HubSpot
  • Explain WSE products clearly and highlight key benefits to prospects
  • Guide prospects when they visit the WSE center
  • Collect referrals from prospects according to TMK guidelines
  • Ensure calls are made on time and in a professional manner
  • Build good rapport with prospects through clear and friendly communication

Compliance

  • Follow call center rules, discipline, and company policies
  • Use company systems and telephone properly
  • Attend required training and coaching sessions
