• To the primary contact for customers regarding delivery status, requests, and inquiries.• To receive, log, and coordinate delivery requests with operations and route planning teams.• To record track, and monitor orders using CRM and delivery performance systems.• To provide timely updates on ETAs, delays, and service issues in a professional manner.• To support express and routine operations by prioritizing urgent requests appropriately.• To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service performance.• To escalate issues or service risks to the Express Service Lead when required.• To support additional responsibilities and flexible working hours as required to support operational needs.
