Team Supervision:

• Supervise and lead the counter sales staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters, ensuring adequate coverage  during peak travel seasons.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching on sales techniques and professional conduct.

Sales & Revenue Management:

• Oversee the ticketing system to ensure all bookings, cancellations,  and seat allocations are handled correctly.
• Verify daily cash collections and POS transactions against sales  reports before submitting to the Finance Department.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Customer Excellence:

• Handle complex passenger inquiries, booking issues, and complaints  professionally and promptly.
• Ensure the waiting area and ticketing counters maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with the Operations Team regarding bus schedules,  delays, or route changes.
• Communicate promotional offers, updated policies, or new routes to the sales team effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of  3- 5 years of  experience in ticketing, sales, or customer service, with at least 2  year in a supervisory or senior role.
• Proficiency in ticketing software and Microsoft Office (particularly  Excel and Word)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• High level of integrity and honesty.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
