  • Prepare export shipment documents, confirm shipment details, follow up with relevant parties, and maintain reports and records for the entire shipment process.
  • Provide timely shipment status updates and monitor ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) changes by communicating with shipping agents.
  • Follow up on MRF and Export License reserve rice deliveries, prepare the relevant invoices, share them with the MRF and Finance Department for payment processing, and maintain proper records.
  • Update the monthly contract file with contract details and export shipment data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Request rice samples from the Warehouse (WH) team and coordinate with customs agents for phytosanitary inspections while maintaining proper records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly shipment reports to management, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of shipment information.
