Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute the trade marketing plan to alight with sales objectives
Working hands in hands with sales , digital under management’s direction to reach the set goals.
Manage nationwide trade marketing staffs and promoters to create awareness
Visiting to stores and outlets regularly to ensure that the brand is visible
Monitor sales , revenue and cost trends against forecast vs budget monthly and quarterly.
Other adhoc tasks assigneed by management.
Analyse ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customer and channel partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities for growth.
Create marketing collateral, including POS materials, trade show participations, brand awareness to support sales team.

Must be able to travel.

Be a team player not someone full of complaints and excuses.

Job Requirements

University gradudate with minimum 4 years experience in similar field.
Energectic with positive mindset.
Able to create a good culture within the team and be able to provide mentorship for supervisors and team leaders.
Able to work under pressure to manage deadline specific tasks.
