  • Plan, arrange, and control daily transportation schedules.

  • Supervise office drivers, including assigning duties, tracking attendance, and enforcing discipline.

  • Ensure all company vehicles are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Monitor and control fuel usage and vehicle mileage.

  • Prepare and submit daily GPS tracking reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing and repair with workshops and service providers.

  • Arrange efficient routes for city and highway transportation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.

  • Support transportation-related administrative tasks as assigned by management.

  • Work closely with internal teams and departments.

  • Proven experience in administrative functions.

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

  • Able to drive vehicles competently and must possess a valid driving license.

  • Experience in supervising and managing office drivers.

  • Ability to manage vehicle cleanliness and overall condition.

  • Knowledge of fuel consumption and mileage control.

  • Able to prepare and manage GPS reports.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
