- Manage inventory receiving, issuing, and stock control for solar panel installation projects.
- Monitor and track import shipments from overseas suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Project, Procurement, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure materials are delivered on time to installation sites.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly distribution and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety procedures for solar panels and related equipment.
- Support distribution planning and logistics coordination for project implementation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform other warehouse management and operational duties as assigned

- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of reporting processes, warehouse procedures, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse reporting systems.
- Ability to manage inventory movements and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
