Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse functions, including inventory control, labor supervision, logistics coordination, and stock movement through the Odoo system. This role is responsible for ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy of records, timely dispatch, and physical security of goods. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Management Team and, Admin and Operations department, lead the warehouse team, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Integrity, strong leadership, and organizational discipline are key attributes.

Key Responsibilities: 

Warehouse Operations & Supervision

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound logistics.

• Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and laborers.

Inventory Management & System Oversight

• Ensure real-time and accurate data entry of stock transactions in Odoo.

• Plan and implement periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse operations.

Labor & Resource Management

• Assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance.

• Resolve team conflicts and motivate staff to maintain productivity and discipline.

• Prevent loss, damage, or theft through proper supervision and security practices.

Warehouse Organization & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

• Optimize shelf and space utilization for efficiency.

• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular checks to prevent incidents.

• Any degree.

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain , Warehouse Management .

• Minimum 7 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• At least 2 years experience in managerial role.

• Experience with Odoo or equivalent inventory management systems is highly desirable.

• Microsoft offiice package and Advance excel.
