• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage systems. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of deliveries. Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damage and loss.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.


Skills

•

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
