We are seeking a detailed-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager in managing and servicing assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Prepare client briefs, timelines, proposals, presentations, and reports accurately.
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communications and follow-ups,
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Assist in pitch preparation and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain clear documentation, schedules, and status updates for all assigned projects.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactively identify client needs and support upselling or cross-selling opportunities

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a marketing/advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand communications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client servicing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficient in presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
