Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and close business deals to successfully achieve sales targets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and provide excellent after-sales support. Reporting & Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings; prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation: Responsible for the successful implementation of application software and ERP solutions. Client Support & Resolution: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; acknowledge, handle, and resolve customer complaints effectively. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare necessary documentation, user manuals, and technical reports; maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Customer Success: Encourage customers to complete feedback surveys and maintain strong client relationships. Team Collaboration: Participate actively in team-building activities and handle other tasks assigned by management.
Lead the deployment and configuration, and support for Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS) solutions in hotels and restaurants. Install, configure, and test Opera and Micros systems, ensuring smooth integration with other hotel third-party solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure minimal downtime. Conduct training sessions for hotel and restaurant staff on system usage and best practices. Work closely with hotel IT teams, finance, and operations to optimize PMS functionalities. Assist with upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Opera and Micros systems to ensure stability and security. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultancy for system improvements.
