Lead the deployment and configuration, and support for Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS) solutions in hotels and restaurants. Install, configure, and test Opera and Micros systems, ensuring smooth integration with other hotel third-party solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure minimal downtime. Conduct training sessions for hotel and restaurant staff on system usage and best practices. Work closely with hotel IT teams, finance, and operations to optimize PMS functionalities. Assist with upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Opera and Micros systems to ensure stability and security. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultancy for system improvements.
Understanding Statement of financial position and Income statements; Can go outside around the city. Providing ERP end-user support. Strong knowledge and experience in ERP software. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones implementation projects. Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed effectively. Develop high-quality software and implementing efficient code- Researching, designing, implementing software programs – Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle - Review, debug code and perform validation and verification testing – Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies - Maintaining and upgrading existing systems Track project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Develop and oversee detailed project plans. Strong knowledge and experience in Odoo, ERP and other modernized database technologies. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence Conducting risk assessments for projects. Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress. Facilitate end-user training and handover processes. Strong Techno Functional Skills and minimum 1+ Years of Experience. Other tasks as needed.
